The checks behind every shipment
Ordering vape cartridge is not difficult. Ordering vape cartridge that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. 7 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Price breaks and payment terms
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.
We publish a realistic band of 1.91 to 5.31 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Labels, closures and traceability
Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. We prepare test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets for each shipment and we ask for your destination list early so artwork matches the market.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.

Transit, consolidation and timing
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
If you dropship, we can label cartons to your format and omit our documentation from the outer box. It is a small operational detail that decides whether your customer sees a supplier or a partner.

What is the minimum order for vape cartridge?
Standard configurations start at 50 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 200 units because of setup time on the line.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
