How the price is actually built
Buyers come to us for vape cartridge after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for B2B buyers.
We publish a realistic band of 1.79 to 5.90 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Labels, closures and traceability
Regulation for vape cartridges differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.

What a sensible opening order looks like
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
A practical starting order for B2B buyers is 100 units across two or three SKUs, not 100 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
