What happens when something goes wrong
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.

Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
We publish a realistic band of 1.86 to 5.32 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
